ISO certification consultants · New Delhi · Delhi NCR · Punjab

ISO certification, made clear and achievable.

We help businesses in New Delhi, Delhi NCR, Punjab and across India prepare for ISO certification — from gap analysis and documentation to staff training, internal audit and support during the external audit by an accredited certification body.

We are an independent consultancy. We prepare and support you; your certificate is issued by an independent, accredited certification body after its own audit.

Our process

Five clear steps to audit-ready

A structured approach that builds a system your team can run long after the certificate is on the wall.

  1. 01

    Gap analysis

We review how your organisation works today against the standard and give you a clear, prioritised action list.

  2. 02

    Documentation

We help prepare right-sized documents — policy, manual where useful, procedures, forms and records — around your real processes.

  3. 03

    Training & implementation

Your team is trained, the system is put into daily use and records start building up as evidence.

  4. 04

    Internal audit & review

We help conduct the internal audit and management review, and close any gaps found before the external audit.

  5. 05

    Certification audit support

We support you through the stage 1 and stage 2 audits by your chosen accredited certification body — and later surveillance audits.

How certification works

Who does what in ISO certification

Understanding the roles helps you avoid shortcuts that cost more later.

Consultant

ISOBridge Consultants

Helps you understand the standard, build and implement the system, train your team and prepare for the audit. Does not audit for certification or issue certificates.

Certification body

Independent auditor

Audits your organisation (stage 1 and stage 2), decides on certification and issues the certificate. Carries out surveillance audits during the certificate’s validity.

Accreditation body

NABCB or equivalent

Checks that certification bodies are competent and impartial. NABCB is India’s accreditation body; it is part of the international Global ACI (formerly IAF) recognition arrangement.

Why accredited certification matters

Make sure your certificate is worth having

  • Accredited certificates are generally the ones accepted by large customers, government departments and overseas buyers.
  • The certification body has itself been independently assessed for competence and impartiality.
  • Certificates and accreditation can be verified online by anyone you show them to.

Verify before you trust. Check a certification body’s accreditation in the NABCB directory of accredited bodies, and look up accredited certificates on IAF CertSearch. Be wary of offers such as “certificate in 24 hours” or certificates without a proper audit.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ISOBridge Consultants issue ISO certificates?

No. We are consultants, not a certification body. We help you prepare — gap analysis, documentation, training, internal audit and audit support. The certificate itself is issued by an independent certification body after it audits your organisation. We recommend choosing a certification body accredited by NABCB or by another accreditation body recognised under the Global ACI (formerly IAF) arrangement.

How long does it take to get ISO 9001 certified?

It depends on the size of your organisation, how many sites and processes are involved, and how quickly your team can put the system into practice. The system must actually be working — with records, an internal audit and a management review — before the certification audit. After the gap analysis we give you a realistic timeline. Please be cautious of anyone offering a certificate “in 24 hours”.

What is the difference between an accredited and a non-accredited ISO certificate?

An accredited certificate is issued by a certification body whose competence and impartiality have been independently assessed by an accreditation body such as NABCB. Accredited certificates are generally the ones accepted by large customers, government departments and overseas buyers. Certificates from non-accredited bodies may not be accepted, so check what your customer or tender asks for.

How can I check whether an ISO certificate is genuine?

You can check whether a certification body is accredited in the NABCB directory of accredited bodies, and look up many accredited certificates on IAF CertSearch (iafcertsearch.org). You can also ask the certification body directly to confirm the certificate number, scope and validity.

Can you help us get ISO certified for government tenders and GeM?

Yes. Many government and PSU tenders, including bids on GeM, ask for a valid ISO certificate such as ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001. We help you implement the required system and prepare for audit by an accredited certification body. Requirements differ from tender to tender, so always read the exact wording in the bid document — we can help you interpret it.

Which areas do you serve?

We are based in New Delhi and serve organisations across Delhi NCR and Punjab — including Bathinda, Mohali, Ludhiana and the Chandigarh tricity. Much of the work — documentation reviews, training and follow-ups — can also be done online for organisations anywhere in India.

How much does ISO consultancy cost?

Fees depend on the standard, the number of employees and sites, the complexity of your processes and what you already have in place. Contact us for a free initial discussion and a written quote. The certification body’s audit fee is separate from our consultancy fee, and we explain both clearly.

What happens after we receive the certificate?

An accredited ISO certificate is normally valid for three years, with surveillance audits by the certification body (usually once a year) and a recertification audit before it expires. We can continue to support you with internal audits, updates and surveillance audit preparation.
